COVID19 – Keep your distance to get closer

For your safety and that of our staff, and with the aim of contributing together to limit the spread of Covid19, we have put in place strict health safety measures which we detail below.

COVID update December 21st, 2021

With a COVID 3G Certificate (vaccinated or cured or tested), we are happy to welcome you to sleep!

With a COVID 2G Certificate (vaccinated or cured) you will also be able to go to the breakfast and the restaurant.

With a COVID 2G+ Certificate (vaccinated or cured with last 4 months, otherwise vaccinated or curred and a negative test presented on arrival) you can also enjoy the SPA.

Welcome desk

  • The reception is equipped with a plexiglass window
  • Hand sanitizing gel is available for self-service in all common areas and strategic locations throughout the facility
  • Room keys, door handles, light and lift buttons and all sensitive areas are disinfected several times a day
  • Facility staff and clients should maintain a physical distance of 2m whenever possible
  • Staff are equipped with masks when this distance cannot be kept (in common areas of the hotel)
  • We also provide disposable masks free of charge for customers who wish to do so. A financial counterpart is appreciated
  • A thermometer is available on request at the reception desk
  • Wearing a mask is mandatory for employees and customers when not seated

Rooms

  • Our establishment is not equipped with an air-conditioning system. There is therefore no risk of viral transmission that way
  • We purify the air in the rooms with a specialized cleaning system before each new arrival
  • Our rooms are blocked for 24 hours after the departure of a customer and before the arrival of another one
  • Our maids wear masks and gloves. These are changed after each room is cleaned. The same applies to the cleaning cloths
  • Wearing a mask is mandatory for employees

Breakfast

  • The tables in the breakfast room are spaced apart
  • We kindly ask our guests to help themselves to the buffet one after the other, and to disinfect their hands beforehand. Disinfectant is available for self-service at the entrance of the buffet
  • The tables are disinfected after each use
  • The kitchen is disinfected at each service
  • You can prepare a breakfast tray and take it to your room if you wish
  • Wearing a mask is mandatory for employees and customers when not seated

Restaurant

  • Hand sanitizing gel is available for self-service at the entrance and in all strategic areas of the facility
  • We can prepare meal trays, which clients can pick up at the reception desk, on request and in advance
  • The tables are spaced
  • The tables are disinfected after each use
  • Kitchen staff wear masks and disposable gloves. These are changed very regularly and with care
  • The kitchen is disinfected at each service
  • Wearing a mask is mandatory for employees and customers when not seated
