Café-Restaurant Le Vieux-Chalet - Grill and specialities at Les Portes du Soleil
The Vieux-Chalet is the restaurant of the Boutique Hotel Beau-Séjour & Spa. It is located within the hotel.
Since December 2022 it is managed by the hotel and open to all; its own clientele, as well as to external customers; residents and second home owners.
After several weeks of preparation, the new Vieux-Chalet is ready to serve you, with several new features:
- Lounge area for the aperitif or the end of the evening, in front of the fireplace!
- Daily menus, Gourmand menu, à la carte dishes and special menus for the holidays
- Evolving menu throughout the season
- Vegetarian, vegan and intolerance-friendly options available
- A new highly motivated team in the dining room and kitchen
- Newly designed spaces for more conviviality
